William
Curbishley
Chairman
Co-founder Bill Curbishley has been instrumental and completely supportive in all operations at Trinifold Sports, he is without doubt one of life’s tremendous charity driven individuals and one of the most revered music managers of all time.
Bill has a long list of bands of which he still looks after or has an affiliation, The Who have been under Trinifold management for some 50 years while UB40 and Judas Priest are also among credited bands that are still under Bill’s management.
He has also produced iconic films such as Quadrophenia, the rock opera Tommy and most recently The Railway Man and Access all Areas. Bill has a huge philanthropic history, forming the Teenage Cancer Trust with The Who and Dr Adrian Whiteson OBE and his wife Myrna some 30 years ago. Every year Bill and Roger Daltrey arrange for the finest musical artists in the world to perform in a series of concerts to raise funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

After close to 30 years of city-based experience working across New York and London, James founded the non-profit initiative Golfing4Life, with the sole purpose of helping young people develop in life and sport. Since G4L’s inception in 2013, James has helped over 40 young athletes realise their potential in achieving 1200 national honours and titles across the globe.
The driving force at Trinifold Sports, James is instrumental in day-to-day operations and in establishing corporate partnerships and philanthropic relationships. An individual who’s passion for support is limitless, James is devoted to not only making champions in sport, but also champions in life.
David
Sharpe
Director
David Sharpe was promoted to his role as COO of Universal Music UK in January 2012 after eight years working at Island Records, most recently as Senior Vice-President. In addition to overseeing the operations of Universal UK, he is directly responsible for Universal’s Commercial teams together with Universal’s Brand Partnership division Globe, Abbey Road Studios and Universal Music Ireland. In addition, he is responsible for the group’s finance and royalty functions.
Prior to joining Island in 2003, Sharpe was Finance Director of UMTV and Catalogue, having joined Universal Music in 2001 as Finance and Planning Director. Previously he was head of business support for Virgin Records UK and also spent two years in the mid-Nineties as Director of Marketing Support for Capitol Records in LA. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Dublin and is a Graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.

Hockman
Director
Ben is Vice President, Legal and Business Affairs at Universal Music Group where he is responsible for the legal and business affairs at Universal Music UK’s brand partnerships division, Globe, and Abbey Road Studios.
Prior to his current role, Ben was Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Cutting Edge Media Music, a leading international full-service provider of music for film, TV, advertising, games and live entertainment. Before that, Ben was a lawyer in Universal Music’s international division working across the full spectrum of its business, as well as dealing regularly with government and regulatory authorities. Ben qualified as a lawyer at Nabarro LLP (now CMS), focusing on competition and corporate law.
Andrew
Harman
Director
Andrew is the founder of Strive Capital, a capital investments firm who recently acquired Academia Technology Group, the UK’s largest Apple reseller. He sits on the Board of many of the companies he has invested in including Fetch, Oakman Inns & Restaurants and F3Group as well as overseeing a large property portfolio.
Andrew previously established Annodata, one of the UK’s top independent technology services businesses which he sold after 27 years to Kyocera Corporation in 2016.
Tim
Harman
Director
Tim is a creative and innovative business leader. He and his brother founded IT firm, Annodata in the 1980’s and grew the business into one of the largest independent technology service providers in the UK.
Tim now has a varied portfolio of business interests and is passionate about philanthropy and providing opportunities to young people. Tim’s knowledge and experience in the business world makes him a key member of the Trinifold Sports Management board of directors.
Gary
Miller-Cheevers
Director
Gary Miller-Cheevers is the CEO of Cubefunder, where he leads the company’s strategy, operations, and financial management. He works closely with the senior management team to ensure Cubefunder’s growth and innovation in the SME lending sector and acts as the key communication link between staff and the board of directors.
Gary has been in lending since the mid-1980s, starting with Allied Hambro in the City of London. He founded his own lending business in 1991, becoming CEO and majority shareholder of Elephant Loans plc by 2005. In 2009, he launched one of the first Fintech lenders and acquired another lender after serving on the board of a UK broking chain. After selling this business in 2016, he founded Cubefunder in 2017, focusing on providing flexible finance to SMEs.
