Team Trinifold’s dominant start to the 2024 Clutch Pro Tour season has continued with a further two titles arriving in weeks 3 and 4 on the Tier 1 schedule.
Olly Huggins has followed up his maiden professional title in the season opener at Heythrop Park, with a second victory inside three weeks at home club, Frilford Heath. Rounds of 68,68 and a standout final round of 66 (-6), forced a two-man playoff with Jamie Dick, where Olly claimed victory on the first playoff hole, celebrating in front of friends, family and club members.
The following week a landmark first professional title would arrive for John Gough in his Clutch Pro Tour debut at Cumberwell Park. After enjoying one of Europe’s most successful amateur careers of all time, John’s rounds of 64, 67, 67 (-15) secured a one stroke victory – holing a 25 foot birdie putt at the final hole for the win, in scenes reminiscent of his many amateur victories.
